| Gail Spiro has specialized in photographing children for over 20 years. Because she develops a relationship with her subjects as she works with them, she can capture the spirit and personality of each individual child. Avoiding a traditional studio, Gail realizes that children are most comfortable in a more relaxed setting. Photo shoots usually take place in parks, playgrounds, or around the child’s own home. The shoots are never rushed. Whether a baby needs to stop for a feeding, or a shy child needs to be coaxed out of his or her shell, Gail allows plenty of time for every sitting. There is no extra charge for multiple outfits, and children are encouraged to include pets, favorite toys, or props that help to bring out each child’s unique personalities and interests.
